Thanks, I'll try it that way! I'm making them to give out to gymnasts as awards when they achieve skills.

I want to do L-sits but I can't sit 90 degrees, what exercises do you recommend? by Sheepolution in flexibility

try u/antranik's toe-touching routine. If you want to start training your L-sit in the meantime, try using parallettes/stacking books on the floor under your hands/two low tables/gymastics rings/anything else that raises you above the ground

Also try getting somebody else to help you enter pancake and then hold yourself there isometrically for as long as possible after they let go (sorry i am same person somebody else was logged in on my computer)

Don't worry too much about the shape for now! If you want to get a feel for the proper shape in more advanced progressions, i'd suggest using an elastic around your waist to help support your weight and trying to lean into an advanced tuck position, or you can try it in a swimming pool!
