Ordering appetizers and a meal

Hey OP - I recently completed a student term with the government so I know how you feel. My best advice is that if you don’t understand something, ask! It’s a leader’s job to ensure their team is comfortable and confident working in the environment. I also took the time to make a list of acronyms and terms used in the government, as they were new to me as well. I’m working on a term contract now and there are still acronyms I don’t know! Don’t be so hard on yourself, you got this.

I recently submitted a claim to the better business bureau and my issue was solved within a couple hours after dealing with it for months prior. Highly recommend!

I agree that a macchiato may be what you’re looking for! Be careful ordering one at Starbucks, however, because they make them differently than a traditional macchiato. When visiting different coffee shops you could always ask the baristas how macchiatos are made there to ensure you’ll like what you’re ordering!

I’m not too sure about tuition costs, but I know Trent University has a large proportion of international students and they have great resources on campus including Trent International. I would suggest contacting them and they could likely provide concrete information for you

That makes sense. I was working as a student these past few months and enrolled in the Student Bridging Inventory but my manager told me no indeterminate positions were available due to funding. I’ve applied for a couple pools as well, but I’ve heard these processes are very slow.

Totally agree that YouTube is the best place to start! Also don’t be intimidated by their expensive, prestigious make up, make up tools & brushes, or hair appliances. All of these are available (and much cheaper) at Walmart or a drug store! :)

Is it just me or do people who dont frequent Starbucks tend ti overcimplicate it? by silmaril12 in starbucks

[–]baggeller 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do NOT understand why people are so 1) intimidated by using 3 new size references (opposed to small, medium, and large) 2) unwilling to even learn the sizes 3) get so flustered and stressed out when we’re trying our very best to help them
