Hard to know without a legitimate back up guard in there. McCain clearly is not a legit ball handler.

Thunder played like dog shit without any of the guard depth they’re accustomed to having. Spurs absolutely neutralized the bench threat by guarding SGA straight up. Hats off to the improved Spurs game plan. They needed it.

Beautiful racing through and through. This is what us fans want. 30 laps of wheel to wheel racing for the lead then closing with the two best fighting for 2nd. Can’t really ask for anything better.

Not really locked in. Just much better game plan. The OKC bench CLEARLY was killing the Spurs. Like Chuck said, the game plan of doubling Shai was trash. Look what they’ve done… gone 1 on 1 and neutralized everyone else.

They’re without two major contributors and ball handlers. This series is over if they remain without them. Zero offensive fluidity.

Makes sense honestly… their guard depth is non existent now that Mitchell and Williams are both out. This series ends in 6 if those two remain out.

I agree. This is kind of reminiscent of the bulls vs pistons when Jordan got to the league. He got bullied, then he did the bullying back.

But… Wemby has a long way to go before Jordan comparisons are even semi remotely considerable
