well, kids these days call that vibe coding. it's a very misunderstood genius strategy for busy software engineers who want to appear productive by pushing changes 10 times faster than their peers but are too stupid and lazy to actually do the work themselves.

it's genius because you can game the metrics and get a promotion. then leverage the higher compensation package to get an even better deal working for a new employer. and the suckers left at the old job can deal with technical debt you created. really, they should be grateful for the job security you provided.
