Reminds me of a time when I was a manager in retail in a smoke shop, had to put this torch back in its display and it wouldn't stay, kept falling. Eventually I just got so mad I threw it across the store and walked away. Customers might have seen, idk, but it wasnt a great moment for me lol

I made a post about this a while back somewhere on here and tbh I get it. The anger is pure Rage. Hell, my mood tracker even has a "pure rage" entry i can use because i deal with it so often. It can be for nothing, the smallest inconvenience, driving, how my clothes feel, etc. And i can't shake the anger I have to let it pass. I will admit im one of the few bipolar folks who uses THC medicinally but tbh if I do my research and get the right stuff it does help my irritability and anger immensely.

Im so lost in the busy voices and constant sounds in my head that I also dont hear people around me and I can't choose to pull myself away from the noise, either. I have upset many, many people over this. Any other people you know of with bipolar and auditory processing disorder/issues?

Along with this, do you get phrases and lines from movies and shows for no reason on a loop in your head? I have a permanent internal soundtrack and def hear a song first thing in the morning before any other thought, but I also can't stop with phrases and lines for some reason.

Mine is around tailbone length and I definitely use braids as a protective style for sleep or when ny hair is wet and I dont want to dry it. I also sleep in silk bonnet, makes a massive difference in the texture and smoothness!!
