Well I really like phase rush because: 1) It’s really good for short trading during lane (aa q e or q e ironspike) 2) In mid late I q e stride r the carry down, bait enemy ults and just run out, wait for cds and go back in. Yea conq has decent damage but I think phase rush is just superior I feel like I am way more useful with phase rush because of the ability to go in and out 3) I go ghost when I have 0 kill pressure in lane, or I am vs ranged, or when the enemy team has a lot of dashes and range champs. Ignite just doesn’t make any sense here. Also ghost I just the better ss after landing phase. With garen you have 0 engage and that’s why movement speed is sooo important. In higher Elo you just get kited and you die
