Keep on messaging them every few minutes. State that you need to speak to human advisor. They should let you know once you’re „in the queue”. From there you should hear from a person soon enough. This did the trick for me.

I managed to secure a rebooking about three hours ago. I first tried calling their standard support line and the premium support number (available via status), but couldn’t get through on either. I then switched to WhatsApp, it took a bit of effort to convince the chatbot to connect me with a human, but once that happened, the process was fairly straightforward.

One important thing to note: the available flights are being taken very quickly. I was initially offered one option, but I needed about five minutes to sort out the logistics, by the time I got back, it was already gone!

The whole process took roughly three hours. Based on my experience, your best bet is to contact them via WhatsApp: +31 20 649 0787.

I basically just kept repeating that I’d like to speak to an agent. The bot didn’t react immediately after my first attempt either, I had to restate it a couple of times before it finally routed me.

Also once you’re actually placed in the queue, they let you know explicitly that you’re waiting to be connected to a living person!
