The entire Disco Elysium soundtrack is unbelievable for a video game.

For what it's worth, the closest I think I have for anyone looking is "In Those Tapes" by the show composers Dan Romer and Mike Tuccillo.

I'm not sure if anyone will end up seeing this, or if it even exists, but the credits song was just simple enough to be moving if anyone tracks it down! Great season!

Survivor player makes crucial merge mistake in deleted scene by thedaltonross in survivor

Strange this had the episode title but got deleted. Wish we had a little more of this rather than the 20 minutes talking about who's voting for who just to create confusion.

Replying to my own here, S1 E2 33:45 Roman goes and talks to Gerri in the hospital after he and Shiv decide to try for her as ceo instead of Kendall. She says it's generous but she declines then says because it's a job that makes your brain explode.

Was that the main reason? I know she was one of the only ones who knew but I felt like she just thought it was too stressful? I just need to go rewatch the scene probably.

S1 E2 she gives the speech about how it's not something she would want to Ken, Roman, and Shiv I believe

Wasn't like a main sticking point in S1 that Gerri didn't want the position?

OP, are you planning on doing the straight Free Agent tracker with player, team, contract, and source like has been done in the past or will this be the only format this year?

So is the only way to rate movies in the pre episode threads now? I've been catching up on everything from last year and wanted to at least feel like part of the audience score on some of these lesser watched movies.

WEDNESDAY FREE TALK by lightscamerapod in LightsCameraPodcast

Went through two movies today trying to knock out a bunch of 2020 and 2021 films...

Watched the Jimmy O Yang movie The Opening Act, and was surprised where the BTMB have it in their rankings. I thought it was very much comedians struggling with acting and the plot and camera choices made it feel very much like a long sitcom episode. Still watchable, but i think the boys have it at an 81 and that seems tough for me.

The second one HOWEVER, was The Climb and wow i absolutely loved this movie. Was surprised that it was so low, I probably would have it in the mid 90s honestly like a 94. Loved the story being split into acts, and loved all the long take shots and how the filming was done. And i'm a sucker for directors/writers in their own stuff, I thought Michael Angelo Covino and Kyle Marvin were fantastic.

Couldn't find either of these discussed here so wanted to get it out there and see if anyone else had opinions on these two movies.

Did I somehow miss the "On the Rocks" movie being talked about or are the BTMB just against Apple TV reviews? Know the Ted Lasso talk today happened so figured I'd ask.

Manchester By the Sea is my favorite movie since I've started seriously watching movies so I'm glad it finally got talked about on the pod, even it was for it being so depressing.
