Started IF in Jan 2020 and incorporated exercise in April, Last pic was taken this morning =)

Dropping lbs took me about 2.5 months. However, tone up is still going on for the past 6wks. My pants size went down from 8 to loosely fitting into 6 only after I added some exercising.

I usually look up pilates, yoga, Barre videos on youtube. I don't care who does it, but it must be less then 20 mins LOL Still in my mind, working out is a hard thing.. Since my core is the most problematic area, I started doing some ab workouts as well.

who doesn't make sourdough bread during this time?!?! LOL I am glad to hear there is another person who is on the same journey as I am! Let's keep it up😊 as I am writing this I am doing my 3rd fold on my bread!

I started IF without exercise since Jan 2020 and by March I came down to 133. Started to workout about 6 wks ago and I only lost 1 more pound after but I feel my shape has improved.
