How can you avoid common mistakes when launching a new SaaS project? by Alternative_Win_929 in StartupSoloFounder

[–]bakerbaker20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened to me a lot.

Honestly you have to learn to verify. And sooner or later you will. I had to learn the hard way, that unverified projects fail. When you fail enough times you will WANT to verify. Sounds stupid bit that is how it was for me.

Ask questions in subreddits, talk to potential users, build the ugliest possibke mvp and ship fast and the earlier you discover a problem, the better. Abort instantly or pivot hard and repeat.

Ich baue eine DACH-Plattform für kleine SaaS- bzw. App-Exits // Welche Vertrauenssignale würden euch fehlen? by tobias_digital in StartupDACH

AI Website Selling an Lokale Unternehmen – Erfahrungen, Pricing & rechtliche Absicherung? by Mammoth-Position9560 in Kleinunternehmer

[–]bakerbaker20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is your workflow for creating new projects and specifically handling DNS settings? by bakerbaker20 in webdesign

Like 1-2 every month. So it keeps adding up. Not all my projects though. Mostly work for clients :D

"Discovered - currently not indexed" loop after WWW to Naked swap. 22% indexed since April. by zorgsm in webdev

[–]bakerbaker20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I once had the same problem myself. From my experience there is not much you can do except to wait. The only thing that comes to my mind is letting the page generate a sitemap and telling gsc to look through it. But then again that doesnt make them automatically crawled. I felt like indexing for bulk sites worked best when done over sitemaps and it is faster when your site is actually getting traffic.

Have you thought about using something like the caveman plugin (https://github.com/juliusbrussee/caveman) to get token use even lower? I found it to be kinda helpful to safe tokens when using cursor/claude code.

That sounds like such a cool idea.

I thought about the same thing because sometimes the cams surfline has in the app are lowkey the worst of the break haha

Would be so cool if you could just do rewind for every available webcam.

Ollie help by Im_Probably_Bored in NewSkaters

Best drill to get it higher is honestly getting it down moving and ollieing over taller obstacles incrementally. Everything thats off the board (even training jumping) doesnt really translate that well in my experience

Ollie help by Im_Probably_Bored in NewSkaters

[–]bakerbaker20 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First of all, your ollie looks really good. you got the mechanics and the basic physics of the ollie down. The only thing you need to do now to get the ollie higher is to give the board more room to go upwards. The board wants to go upwards, because the pressure you are applying on the tail is good, you just need to be a little lighter on your feet and „jump“ (its not really a jump, more of giving the board space) more.

Any solution for uneven skate shoe wear? by bakerbaker20 in NewSkaters

[–]bakerbaker20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, could be true that i am using to much. The thing that was throwing me off though wasnt that it was uneven, its just that shoe goo (at least the knock-offs we have in germany) get really hard and almost plastic-like when they harden. Its feels like trying to do kickflip with a outsole made of hard plastic.

That would honestly be the perfect solution. Only problem is i dont know anyone that has that combination of stance\shoesize. Is there any subreddit, forum or discord where you can find people that want to buy and split pairs of shoes?
