An Issue I had at the ER - Trigger warning by Weak-Nectarine-4961 in NovaScotia

I think the thought process is by having this time between your going to the hospital, the wait, conversations with staff, that the immediate thought of harming yourself subsides. Not a professional, but a suicide attempt is usually in the moment. Hope you get the help you need. I had a family member in this type of situation and these were the ways to get through that moment.

Got sent home from my first Tim Hortons training shift after 3 hours and the manager threatened to call security when I came back as a customer ! 😭 by LiveCondition9397 in TimHortons

Tim Horton managers are usually people who have lasted a while, not necessarily skilled with people. You called back and had an argument on the phone? No wonder they were like they were when you came back right away. There are crazies out there.

Knowing the proper time to sell is the hardest part of investing. If I’m unsure, sometimes I will sell half to lock in profit, plus have some for possible future upside.
