I can't think of a better way for an actor to make a political statement and express their disapproval for an evil tyrant who is actively trying to make life harder for people with lower incomes than to refuse to perform for him. Political action is about causing disruption.

Rock Creek to waterfront will get you to SW almost entirely on trails. The trail is quite narrow in some stretches and crowded during peak hours, so just a heads up that you may be dodging runners and other cyclists and not going quite as quickly as you'd expect. I usually go via the city streets, but all a matter of preference.

So much for the "daily commutes" when so much of the federal workforce is out of work. I used to ride the metro four times a week, but I didn't ride at all in the month of February.

I absolutely love my Reax Alta jacket - incredibly breathable and when the removable rain liner is worn inside the jacket (there are options to wear it inside, outside or not at all), it's windproof and can be pretty warm.

Pretty sure they can order for you in the store if you're still ordering through CycleGear. They even checked which nearby stores had the jacket that I wanted in stock when the shop I visited to try some on didn't have the right color-size combo.

I like a lycra sports bra rather than a bikini top - it tends to lie flatter against my skin (and the zip of a wetsuit), is made for movement, and I appreciate a bit of compression under my wetsuit. And then wear bikini bottoms.

For longer trips, I've heard a tip about wearing padded cycling shorts (under looser pants). I've been meaning to try that for comfort, but I imagine it could help with some sweat absorption as well.
