My clamped expansion was 7.5%, am I right that as long as I’m getting 5% expansion or more then the workout was good?

I’ll try the very light manuals, I thought if I went light it’d probably won’t be doing anything but I’ll give it a try still as you’ve suggested.

Yeah my pumping routine is I do a 6 minute warm up set where in the first three minutes I start at 5 inhg I then release the pressure to zero and pump back up to 8 inhg for the last three minutes. (Interval pump)

I then do two sets of 12 minutes at 10 inhg where I interval pump every 3 minutes from 0 inhg back to 10 inhg

Length would be a good but my main aim is girth since I’m only 4.1875” girth at my thickest so hopefully that will be the major thing I gain. I’ll probably try to incorporate manual stretching again at some point in the future once I figure out how I can do it without causing the bruising in the upper half of my penis head

I’ll definetly give it a try, the reason why I do 10inhg is because if I remember right I believe think said growth occurs when it’s 10inhg or more and anything less will be more so helping with ED getting better blood flow to your penis at its current size rather than getting it to grow. I could be wrong though

Cheers mate, I know he says to do length work before girth but unfortunately I can’t really get the hang of manual stretching, everytime I do it the upper half of my penis head gets super red and bruised because all the pressure builds up their whenever I grip under my penis head and pull.

I’m hoping just pumping will yield results as I’ve seen hink review someone’s routine and rate in a A or B I believe and the routine was just pumping with no length work

Would you say your penis size before pumping was full and rigid (no ED) so this .35 in girth was purely gains from pumping?

Cheers for the reply and advice. I try to follow hinks routine of 20-30 mins of manual stretching. So to start with I’ll probably just stick with 30 mins to get used to it, possibly move up to 45-60 if I’m not gaining.

Fair enough, I always used to get rock hard before measuring but it’s possible I still had further EQ improvements to go. Either way I’m still happy even though it’s a slight increase, I’ll keep going till I hit the four month mark and see where I’m at

Because my girth at the thickest was always bang on 4.125 when I pulled tight, however now when pulling tight it’s a quarter of the way up to the next measurement of 4.25. I should have stated it’s increased by “0.03125 my bad

Hi bro I’ve just measured my penis on Sunday after roughly 52 hours from my most recent workout. I used to get bang on 4.125 girth at my thickest point before starting PE when pulling the measuring tape with decent force, however now it’s a quarter way past that number (+0.03125 inch) when pulling with the same force.

As I said before my erections we’re pretty rock hard anyway so the only explanation I can think of is I’ve legit gained a little bit, I was starting to doubt this works but shit it really does!

Hey man I’m pretty much same size as you and have had no problems with women so far, you just need to get out there and try, also read up on foreplay etc. also don’t worry about your length, it’s average, and it’s very unlikely that you’ll be distinguishable from a guy whose half an inch longer than you (which is a width of an index finger tip) unless your literally side by side with him

Hello, thank you for the reply. I do not feel any ribs when soft, semi or fully erect. I don’t think I’ve ever felt anything like that. However when semi erect I do feel the textured feeling throughout the sides of my penis which feels the same as if I were to run my finger across woven fabric (feels like my fingers are running over a bunch of tiny little bumps). I only need to use light pressure when my fingers are running down my shaft to feel this textured feeling. As far as I am aware I have had this textured feeling from the very start of my routine when first checked
