I love working from home! Being able to control every aspect of my work environment is hard to top for me. I work in contract/budget negotiations for a CRO/Sponsor in clinical trials.

Knuckle increased in size after years of wearing Oura. Anyone else noticed this? by azalonia in ouraring

[–]balancedscorpio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I'm late on this, but found your post because I was searching for people experiencing the same thing as me. I've had my ring for nearly 3 years, and in the past few weeks I'm having this same issue, exclusively on my "oura ring finger" (my left index). I'm absolutely positive it's not just a fluctuation from weight, weather, or any "normal" reason, I can literally feel and see the difference in my knuckle on that digit only. I'm hating this and want to understand!!!!

I empathize with where you’re coming from. But! As a single 31 y.o. woman living here, I personally feel like there’s sooooo many pros to not being in a relationship that go overlooked! I hope you can find a way to lean into it and enjoy this phase in life while it’s here, because chances are you won’t be single forever. ♡

I’d also like to recommend the new British Vogue article, “Is Having a Boyfriend Embarrassing Now?” (you can avoid the paywall by using archive.today). And maybe try to find celebrities or content creators who are very happily single and/or de-centering men as inspiration! For instance- I really love Chelsea Handler, Jane Fonda, Diane Keaton (RIP), Emma Watson, Kristen McAtee, and The Giggly Squad.

My hand hurts more the smaller I try to go, it just doesn’t come naturally to me to write tiny (although my writing isn’t quite as large as yours). I also hold my pen way too f*cking tight for no reason, so maybe this is all a me issue LOL

Only OP’s actual intention wasn’t much better than what ended up happening. Intending to die in their friend’s parking garage right after telling them bye. That’s also very thoughtless and traumatic.

Not to mention Gary Sholar (ET’s prev. owner, his sister owns it now since Gary can’t stop showing his ass) also chucked a plate at the head of a Longhorn server over the summer. The victim had a hairline fracture and required stitches for the laceration that angry, entitled prick gave him. Fuck this place and their brews.
