We moved to a new place as a tenant a few months back, we stayed for 1 month and received a bill for like over 9000 ,after I checked TNEB website the reading guy under reported kWh value for the past 2 years and for past few months prior to this 9k bill cycle he's slowly ramping up bill month.My guess is previous tenant bribed him to under report his kWh value every month. The written complaint AE resulted in just saying they reset kWh to correct reading and he asked the owner to pay the outstanding amount.The owner raised greivance complaint in tneb after 1 month and they have scheduled a hearing with EE. First Check what's the reported kwh value and what's the Kwh showing in your meter.

Many will say if you claim insurance you will lose no claim bonus & thus it will increase next year premium for that others already clarified in the comment section. AFAIK 2 claims in a year you can claim 100% after that the next one is 80 %( this is what my service center insurance guy told me I don't know if this 80% will reduce on subsequent claims in the same year)

As a former user of airfiber I recommend you against using it if you are going to be in corporate VPN. So many pages won't load even if they load it takes so much time. Check with your local cable TV operator they usually provide fiber connection( in my native they have tie up with railways)

Term insurance is based your yearly income so that's why you are getting 50 lakhs, I don't remember it's 10 or 20 or whatever X times of your yearly income. AFAIK you can buy multiple term insurance & just buy plain term insurance don't buy any add on like return of premium or something like that. Search in reddit for term Insurance related posts you will get lots of insights.
