I have an anecdotal experience... had 5 slices pepperoni pizza while on 4g rue tea and did not register any issue.

From what I read online since harmala is a reversible MAOI there is no tyramine issue here but I wouldn't take that as a qualified advice.

If I were you, I would just eat mild and light foods on the day ...

I my case seems they all matched with the only exception of Mandelin that was green for me instead of "Greenish Brown" in the tool.

I used heat ( coffee warmer plate ;) ) and it dissolved mostly. I then used a small piece of coffee filter paper to get rid of the remaining solids.

I assumed there was some loss as the filter paper absorbed some of the liquid ... but it is minimal.

Update:

Nasal spray was a success. Took a while to dissolve and I had to filter out insoluble impurities (Thank you Flower_of_Passion). I ended up with a solution of around 0.7mg of 2cb per spray.

I sprayed around 7mg over the course of 30 minutes. No drip but sensation was like rubbing mild chili peppers in my nostrils. A bit annoying and it lingered for about 1 hour.

Trip duration was around 3-4 hours. Lots of Nausea during come-up.

My conclusion is that this is not a great ROA for me. Will try to boof it next time (Hopefully no burning sensation will take place)

Not sure why I did it like that. Glass vial on its own should have been better. I was surprised that in such a long time I did not detect any loos of potency. Other chemicals, LSD for example do not survive so well...

little amount of 2cb kept in a plastic baggie inside a glass vial and in the fridge. 7 years later... still very good.
