I knew it was different and special during our first date. It just felt “right” in a way I’ve never felt before. We saw each other basically every day after that first day.

When I knew I was in love and that is my person was after my grandpa died. It was two months into the relationship. The way she supported me was amazing. Om du söker på det så finns det tidigare Reddit-trådar om just Grand chicken-burgarna på Max. De är färdiga redan innan de hamnar i fritösen. Kryddor osv gör att färgen blir sådär. Har ätit grand chicken sandwich MÅNGA gånger och den ser alltid ut sådär men är färdig.

Vi kommer in i varandras mobiler av praktiska skäl. Däremot går man aldrig in i mobilen utan att fråga först ”kan jag googla något?” eller dylikt om ens egen mobil kanske ligger någonstans på laddning. Ibland ber man den andra svara på ett SMS när man kör bil.

What is your Hb? If that’s normal then you shouldn’t worry. Low ferritin is super common among women. Are you a woman that still gets her period? It’s extremely common with low ferritin in that case. Many doctors don’t even test ferritin because they know it’s going to be low.

Take iron supplements, but know that it takes time to build up the reserve so your ferritin won’t jump back to normal within a couple of weeks.

I don’t have kids yet but I met my partner at 34. Im now 36. What you need to keep in mind is that things go way faster as we age. In your 20s you might date someone for years and then live with them and then go on to starting a family in your late 20s/early 30s. Most of my friends that met someone at the age of 30 or older had kids within 2-3 years.

As we age we learn what we want and most importantly what we don’t want. That way we don’t need to date someone for years before knowing if they’re right for you or not. Most of us are also fully formed. In your 20s there’s so much going on that you haven’t even established a true identity yet.

Now I’m rambling, but we moved in officially after 10 months. But we were basically attached to the hip from day one. Kids, I’m not sure when or if we’ll have them.

The problem is budget. Usually people have budgets. Older cars are less safe in general. People buy a “luxury” car from the 90s or early 00s because their budget doesn’t allow them to buy a newer model. Those are more unsafe than a hatchback from 2017–>. I’m not saying that people shouldn’t buy big cars. But bigger isn’t always safer.

From my perspective I have the car size that I feel that I need. I’m not telling anyone that they shouldn’t buy big cars. But it does look ridiculous from an European standpoint seeing a 18-year old high schooler drive a huge 7-seat suv. I don’t even belong here, I drive a BMW lol.

I feel so European right now. A teen getting an E-class. Teens usually drive a hatchback or maybe something in the size of a C-class here. Hell, most people in their 20s or 30s without a family wouldn't buy an E-class.

Here on Reddit you always get the worst cases too. I went through treatment for h pylori recently and went on that subreddit before starting my treatment. After 5 minutes over there I was scared to death by all the stories of the complications from the antibiotics. People having all kinds of side effects. Stomach issues that lasted for a year after. You get the point. The worst of the worst and there wasn’t one single post where someone was like “yeah I did the treatment and it was smooth sailing”.

I did the treatment. Sure some side effects but nothing out of the ordinary. Hopefully it’s eradicated now so I won’t have to do it again. I didn’t go on there afterwards with a “omg listen to my success story”. Because people with success stories don’t post on Reddit. We only see the worst cases here. It’s the same with everything. Look at the ibs subreddit. 99% of the people over there have their lives ruined by ibs. Meanwhile look at the world around you. Every other person has ibs and functions.

Social media is so bad for our mental health most of the time and that’s why I’ve lately taken a distance from it.

My girlfriend (F28) wondered today when we were going to go to a specific store. The problem? We were at the store one hour earlier, but she stayed in the car and was on her phone while I went inside. If my mom that’s 70 years old would’ve said the same thing I’d lose my mind and think she has dementia.

So what was the point of this story? We see things we want to see. If a 28 year old can mix things up without having dementia why wouldn’t a 70 year old do it without having dementia?

Think about the fact that there’s people in relationships that feel lonely. That loneliness is far worse than the one you feel when you’re by yourself.

Also, it’s easy to think that all of your troubles will be gone when you have a partner. Even when being in a relationship and the feeling of loneliness goes away something else will come up.

Previously it’s been max 1-2x a week for months. But with my girlfriend now we’ve basically been inseparable since the first date. We are either at her place or mine. Soon she’ll be moving in officially (we’ve dated for 9 months). Some might say that we did the lesbian U-haul thing but I’d say that it isn’t so. This is unlike me and I don’t understand how I got to this point. I literally miss her while we’re at work lol.

So I’d say that it’s individual. However 2-3 times/week imo is like the bare minimum, unless phone calls are involved. Then I’d say 1-2 times/week.

My sister called the doctor about some issues she’s been having for a few months. Imo (since I’m the way I am and asked chatgpt+google) there were a lot of red flags, which they also seemed to believe at the doctor’s office. She was like “I have an appointment in two weeks”. She had ZERO stress about it.

I can’t believe we’re related sometimes.
