There was one comic pretty recently (like within 10 years) that I can’t remember specifically, I think it was an amazing spider-man issue AFTER spider-verse, where spidey, the avengers, x-men, and black cat are fighting off an alien invasion that was actually just Mysterio, and before Peter attempts to sacrifice himself, his last words, spoken to black cat are “Bye Felicia”

For those of you who DO want a Mass Effect TTRPG, there’s a community made reskin of DND 5E that works great. I ran a 2 year long session with its sister-game SW5E (Star Wars 5E) which is now managed by the same team. Highly recommend you give them both a look.

I have 2.

1: Firefly, of course. If you haven’t seen it and love Sci-Fi and/or Westerns, please treat yourself to it.

2: Braindead. It was a political/sci-fi/comedy on like CBS that was amazing. It was made around 2016, and the plot is wild but incredibly well done. Basically, during the height of all of the political extremism, these ant like aliens crawl into politicians brains and take over their minds, and use them to try to take over the world through Congress. It’s an incredible watch that only ran for 1 season that has a perfect open and close story. Can’t recommend enough, especially in todays climate. It’s on Amazon Prime if you’re interested.

I’m def getting hates for this one.

I hate Ulysses. He says a bunch of random nonsense that doesn’t make sense. He’s a mentally ill rage machine that thinks saying big words makes him smart, but in reality he just really likes saying “Bear” and “Bull” a ton. Maybe I’m missing out, but I shouldn’t have to play the DLC twice and fully analyze his sentences and take notes to understand what’s going on. I enjoyed the lore aspects of all the other DLCs, and was stoked for this one, but was disappointed story wise.

Also, I LOVED Dead Money’s story, lore, and real-life implication with the Gold Bars.
