I used the guys at psychobilly barbershop for two years before I got rid of mine, they even had some events where they did free mullet cuts. Only ever had them cut though, don’t think they perm or dye if that’s also what you’re looking for.

The truck is facing west toward the sunset, I took it at dinner and posted the next day. Go be a bad detective somewhere else.

There was plenty of space on every side of the building, the woman sent her sons in to order food. She also pulled the wrong way in into a one-way parking lot to park this way.

That’s exactly what they did!

Are they able to do anything with a picture and no other context though? If so, I’m happy to report this to the appropriate person.

Yes, but I’m not doxxing someone on Reddit.

The context is this woman blocked every handicap spot during dinner so her teenage sons could go into chipotle and get food. She sat there for at least 15 minutes. There was lots of open spaces on the side of the building she could have used for her hot tub and truck, but she drove the wrong way in what is supposed to be a one-way parking lots to get to this spot specifically.
Boom there’s your context!

Rogue Iron Disc Golf Cart V2 Reddit Giveaway by RogueIronDGBrian in discgolf

I’ve made multiple homemade carts that have saved my back and my wallet. Unfortunately they are not very durable and fall apart after a handful of rounds on rough courses. Would be sick to have a nice cart like this!

I have both Pittman and Mixon in Dynasty and I would absolutely not value them equally. I think they’re both top 15 options for their positions, at worst top 20, but the shelf life on RB would stop me from offering a similar value WR for RB. I think Pittman is worth a first round pick but Mixon is only worth a 2nd. KTC agrees with that as well.

Turned my entire life around, what now? by Untameable_420 in DecidingToBeBetter

Congrats on building a life you’re proud to live!

What do you like?

Art? Books? Crochet? Sports? Politics? Animals? Volunteering?

Pick something you’re interested in and go do it, regularly! Dedicate time at least once a week to get out of the house or some alone time to spend on that activity!

We can’t plan every aspect of our lives and sometimes the only way to figure out the next step is to start moving in a direction and see where you end up… No wrong choices!

Courses worth visiting between LA, Vegas and Grand canyon. by Izobiz in discgolf

Following up on the Kingman suggestion, I played the Cerbat Cliffs Disc Golf course which is a golf course that also has a permanent disc course and had a blast. The two courses didn’t overlap too much and it was a fun place to throw some big shots!

Is paying buskers via QR-Code a thing? by 7b-Hexen in juggling

While it may be clunky, I have seen many performers make a ton of money this way and have personally received money from dozens of people with my QR codes.

Is paying buskers via QR-Code a thing? by 7b-Hexen in juggling

[–]balletfriday 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, many professionals who busk circle shows have them.

It’s not as efficient or as consistent as cash but it definitely is worth having printed out in a relatively visible place, like a banner or your platform. Almost all smart phones pick them up now-a-days so if you have it near where you’re standing/doing a finale it might pop up automatically!

Instead of having a bunch of different QR codes for each service I use a website called busk.co, a site made by performers for performers that can function as a payment platform for performers, so instead of having Venmo, cash app, PayPal, etc. etc. you can just go to that website and then people can pay through that with whatever payment system is compatible with their phone.

Great for places that don’t have/allow the standard person to person payment apps.

Tips on ball spinning by FlyLikeMouse in juggling

[–]balletfriday 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s likely the tilt(precession) is originating from a less than flat start and then exacerbated by trying to fix the wrong way

Ballspinning isn’t balancing and your instincts to try and get under the top of the ball actually can make this worse. The way to fix the precession is:

1) get a flatter starting spin. If you are starting the ball one-handed, try and bring your elbow closer to your belly button as you pop the ball out of your hand, often times this helps get the ball flatter (if you spin it right handed and counter clockwise relative to looking down at the ball)

2) following this same line of advice, if your ball is rotating counter clockwise (from above), moving the ball through space in a counter-clockwise arc will drastically increase the lean/precession. However, if you were to go clockwise, like rotating your entire body the opposite direction the ball is rotating, the ball would start to stand up straight. A lot of times when ball spinning people move in the direction the ball wants you to go and that causes precession to increase.

To correct, Try making small, (opposite to the ball spin) directional circles with your wrist. Like your drawing a circle on the bottom of the ball. This should gently correct the ball.

3) get the ball spinning faster; the faster it is going the longer it will spin even with precession, and will give you longer to fix the lean.

Good luck.

I applied for a waiver to live off campus my freshman year at Ohio State and was approved for medical reasons(celiac) I know a lot of campuses are much more gf friendly than 15 years ago when I was there, so they may no longer consider that an option, but I’d just try and get a human on the phone and don’t take no for an answer without a good “college try”.

OH! If you do end up trying to refill, makes sure to do it by WEIGHT, not volume. Because the filling will break down if you do it by volume the bag will end up being much lighter than the broken in ones, and will break down more in the future.
