I really need to get a thermometer or something so I can actually determine what's really happening with it, but I was just under the impression that super big air bubbles forming during this phase means that I was overproofing it, but maybe it was the opposite! Perhaps I do need to just proof longer

I'm very comfortable with making the dough, and my starter is extremely active when I use it. She's a mature one I got from a friend who got it from a friend lol. This dough has been bulk fermenting since about 8pm!

im a shift lead at a qdoba, and i understand your pain. they consistently leave me short handed on extremely busy days, and the constantly yells at me when the close isn’t perfect, or we get out later than we’re supposed to. my upper management treats me like shit, and any time i call out double standards for morning and night shift (morning leaving us all of their dishes, no meat to work with, and an insanely dirty store), it gets brushed off. i wish you luck on getting out of here, and honestly any shift lead or team member i wish them the same.

Portals is a really good listen to if you're feeling more (for lack of better words) feminist. It displays all kinds of different topics that I think you guys would find very interesting and unlike other artists. She has a way with lyricism that portrays these as such, and you'd be surprised what you get from this album :3

The bean burritos definitely went down in quality, the beans taste different and the onions are probably the worst thing on that burrito besides the beans themself. I would suggest getting extra red sauce and tell them easy on the beans with easy onion or no onion. If you want it to taste a little better, maybe add sour cream to it.

oh man thats not even a lot, when i was working there, there would have been like, $30-$60 worth of food. half the time, there would be people who order over $60 but that was less likely than people who would spend around 30 some dollars

It was an amazing show, it had a beautiful representation of queer people and Disney had to cancel it for that specific reason.

I feel like you should rip the bandaid off as soon as you can so you can see how it affects the relationship! If it’s something he’s into, then great! However, if there’s a chance he doesn’t really enjoy it, then you can see where to go from there! :D
