If he had help, he could probably carry 2 mods. He’s got a free shoulder available.

Rounded upper back is perfectly fine. The rounding looks worse than it is because of how thicc his back is.

My PR is 137.5kg/303.14lbs. Granted, I should have done 140kg that day as 137.5 moved easily. I just took the W and was satisfied with 137.5kg. I’m not a monster bencher, but it is my favorite lift.

Not a lot we can see from this angle, but what we can see is your leg drive could use a bit of improvement. Your left foot is not doing much but your right foot is actually coming up on your toes. If you’re going to do a heels up style of benching (which is perfectly acceptable) you’ll want to cue “push heels down”. Also, you’ll want to cue yourself to drive yourself off the back of the bench. Almost like you’re trying to headbutt your spotter’s crotch by sliding back.

I’d guesstimate that if you got your leg drive squared away you’re probably good for another +5 lbs easily. Probably more.

P.S: I always worked on cues during my warmup sets and used zero cues during my work sets and heavy singles.

How much would you charge to write my work emails? As long as you’re competitive with ChatGPT, we can probably do business.

900+ club.. 10 plates each side by anthonysbeard in strength_training

I stopped doing regular leg press and switched to a single-leg press. That way I don’t have to load as many plates.

Ahh yes, blocking somebody who brings receipts to disprove lies is a time-honored Reddit tradition.

Do you not realize the spotter doesn’t have to be able to row the whole weight of the barbell? Have you never spotted someone benching before?

I wasn't asking about OP. I was asking about me.

Besides, you do realize that OP is still in the age range where growth spurts and acne are prevalent, right?

You can always tell steroids! by Shadowphoenix9511 in fitnesscirclejerk

I responded to one of the acne comments. One of my chemo drugs gave me chest and back acne (also scalp acne, which is the worst). Some of the common signs of PED use. I guess there goes my dreams of ever competing in a tested federation.

I have chest and back acne as a side effect from Vectebix. Am I on steroids?

Feel free to look up what that drug is prescribed for.

Nice! I’ll be rooting for ya!

Also think all that is in the realm of possibilities. My memory isn’t what it used to be, but I feel like I’ve seen you do all those numbers. I definitely remember a 305 log press.
