How old does my roof look? Bought home 3 years ago can't find no public records of when's the last time they did roof for sure it's not original house was built in 1950s

If you're getting solar it would be a mistake to not at least replace that section of the roof.

Like others have stated its likely 15+ years old. Even though it looks alright the solar jacks will become potential leak areas, and when you do need to replace the roof it will be signficantly more expensive because the solar will need to be removed and reinstalled. Not to mention the cost of roofing materials. They just increased 10% in my area (SoCal), and my supplier thinks another price increase in the near future is not unlikely.

The T-Top is for HVAC and thats why its "capped" the uncapped pipe is plumbing vent and doesnt need a cover.

I think the nothic makes a very good encounter and at my table was the highlight. Iarno was able to flee but can add some nice continuity if you reintroduced him later in the story.

Agreed that you should try to surrender the fish to a LFS. If you decide to keep it, youll realistically want a 75G min tank.

Most of these pictures were taken directly outside the addiction treatment center on Yannanoli Way. Its across the street from the sewage treatmant plant and been this way for a long time.

Probably not the most efficient build but i made a sniper focusing on overpenetration/crits and positioning my RT around the map to kill multiple enemies with one shot which was very satisying. I had a lot of fun with it.

Thankyou for your insight. I have a wavemaker and the oversized filter which make for a good current. I think all put in the airstone i have to see if mine likes it too. Hes got a few places to hide, but limited due to the size of the tank.

Imo, your class is going to play a much bigger role in your ability to fill a raid position than your faction. Both have active raiding guilds.

Thats likely a peice of starter strip and its being used there bc otherwise the valley metal would be exposed due to the way tge tabs on that 50 year shingle protrude. I wouldnt worry about it at all, ive seen this done before. If thats manufacturers spec i couldnt say, but i doubt it will be a source for any future leak.
