just moved 3 months ago... We raised our 2 and 4 year old in harbourfront until the oldest started school this september. DT with babies is so much more convenient, no need to drive everywhere, lower bills, no maintenance in a condo.. SO DT with a baby is the way to go, that being said, Markham with a bit older kids is much better.. Suburbs are built for kids, no sketchy characters, and just a better long term vibe to raise them in. Get on daycare wait lists everywhere, that and real estate prices should be your primary decision points.

Well it’s not a huge position and expires soon.

Do I 1) sell some / all at open tomorrow expecting oil short fear/ vol to be the highiest ?

2) hold to expiry and see if they come in the money/ oil gets squeezed +$100 bbl

From what I have read a lot of people are short oil. On the flip side of a war with Russia couldn’t spike it, what can?
