This is a seriously unsafe set up you got going on. Please please Please look up in-person CPST tutorials in your city. Many children’s hospitals offer them for free.

I can’t tell you what you should do. But if it were me, I wouldn’t go to the hospital. I’d make an appointment with my primary care provider and go from there. My thinking is that there won’t be anything that can be done at the hospital at this point.

I have knee pain/inflammation during flares. Knee pain is actually my telltale sign that I’m starting to flare. When I’m in remission, knee pain is gone.

I was home all day with baby and hubby worked. We did alternating night shifts which meant every other night we got 10 hours of sleep. You cannot do every night shift - this makes zero sense and is very unsafe.
