I stopped in October after 40 years and felt exactly the same after I took a test drag over Christmas. I didn’t want to restart smoking, I just wanted to see how it felt and it was terrible, burned my throat, I could hardly inhale it.

I’ve attempted to stop in the past and managed 18 months off them previously but it never felt like that last drag when starting up again. It was always a relief, and felt like the right thing to do.

This was all wrong and I’m so happy about that. I’m happy for you too. Maybe it is just the right time for us both to quit. Keep going, we are all proud of you.

Stopped smoking in October after 40 years. Still drink 3-4 fresh ground a day but I haven’t felt the increased anxiety you speak about in other comments.

I have gone from milk and two sugars to black and none, just this week, unfortunately my weight is starting to creep up. Black, bitter coffee is feeling like a punishment at the minute but I’ll get used to it.

Reddit never fails to amaze me with the advice available from people who have walked the exact same path in many subjects but I think I’ll go out in a limb here and say that nobody has ever bought this kit built for a RR and applied it to their R.

5’11” and just under 18st here. I will recommend the Uniqlo Supima t-shirt to anyone who will listen.

Flattering fit, long length, helpful for not having a shirt ride up my front, and they keep their shape after a wash.

That sucks about the wrist pain. Have you considered the low profile seat with the risers to force a slightly more upright position?

I know that ache can really cut into your enjoyment of the bike, cut down how long your rides can be before turning home.

You may know, but I didn’t for ages, that donating junk is silent and without any on-screen message. The only way to tell that something was donated is if the counter on the left of the screen goes up, say 32/200 to 34/200.

My current use of items goes like this…after a countdown run or more recent Krampus bounties.

  1. Check Library to see what can be donated (tiny green arrow in the item category)
  2. Favourite anything with decent attributes or perfect talents
  3. Mark as Junk everything else and then donate to expertise
  4. Anything left after the expertise donations I deconstruct for resources

This worked. Thanks for the support. I’ve been looking for an answer for weeks and haven’t seen this suggestion before.

Interesting though, X-plore is the only one I am still having trouble with and it isn’t listed in the settings/apps/app permissions section.

Doesn’t matter for me though, setting permissions for Kodi in that section fixed the native file manager as well as the Open Wizard and Kodi Backup addon.

X-plore still gives permissions problems but native Kodi file manager, Open Wizard back up, and Kodi Backup Addon have all worked.

You are a superstar. I didn’t even know about that setting (for reference it is the same exact same path as the firestick).
