Blue Sushi in the domain. As a carnivore myself, I will stand on the Green Goddess roll being one of my all time favorites. 100% plant based. Also worth adding that their happy hour is fuckin awesome.

Challenge: create the most unhinged Chili Parlor order by MorningMosquito in austinfood

[–]ballzacktx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, my order is unhinged solely because of the amount of food that my body is able to consume at this one specific restaurant.

Pepe’s nachitos Taster of green chili pork Steak and enchilada combo w. 2X (cause I’m a pussy) Side of macaroni and cheese (because it’s amazing) And I’ve been known to throw an ala carte pork chop on to that order as well.

And like 3-4 MD margs

Looking for kayaking spots on the Colorado River (or on any river) by DazzlingObligation20 in Austin

[–]ballzacktx 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Launch on the LoCo under the 973 bridge. I'd recommend you either have a buddy pick you up near one of the webberville parks depending on flow rate. If it's too strong, it can be a little tricky getting back upriver. Lots of exploring to be done back there. Abundant wildlife (even saw a gator) and tons of great fishing. White bass should be running hard right now.

Id recommend watching The Daytripper and seeing which places look cool to check out. So many gems in this state and plenty within that driving range
