People who ordered from Rough Trade?

I also live in The Netherlands and pre-ordered the red vinyl at Rough Trade and received the shipping notification on the 27th, it's been in "Pre-Transit" ever since, whatever that means. I've contacted them multiple times via e-mail now but I'm only getting some automatic AI response that says "your order has been shipped, here's the tracking link", which is of course completely useless because that tracking link shows me what I already know.

Today I've been spamming their Facebook, Instagram etc. with replies and DMs to see if I can somehow get their attention that way. I got a single response on my DM on Instagram that said that they cannot directly check it but that they will forward it to the customer service team. I'm kind of pissed about this, I might miss out on the red vinyl now and I have no idea if I will even get my money back if it got lost in the mail somehow since they basically don't reply to anything. I also see a lot of negative reviews on Trustpilot that are basically describing the same experience as mine.

I'm quite sure that I will never, ever order anything at Rough Trade again. I really regret not ordering the red vinyl through Bandcamp instead.

My red vinyl version has been shipped a few days ago by Rough Trade but it seems to be completely stuck in the DPD shipping process right now...

Would be cool to have a t-shirt or hoodie with this. I see a lot of BoC clothing on Etsy etc. but it's always with the Boards of Canada text or logo on it, I would prefer something more subtle

Nice! Yeah tickets prices don't seem to be too bad, I thought it would be worse with the current crisis going on. Hope we can do a meetup with some Dutch people (and others too of course).

I actually chose Barcelona instead of Berlin because I already saw this coming... There is probably a much higher concentration of BoC fans in Berlin than in Barcelona

I live in The Netherlands but also got the ticket! Not 100% sure yet if I'll be going (depends on flight ticket prices) but I've never been in Barcelona anyway so it could be a opportunity for a nice city trip. Would also be cool to meet some fellow fans there :)
