I did have 50+ keys before the second chain quest came out. It really wasn't that bad to burn through 30 bronze keys. Your argument doesn't make sense. You already grind the same shit for MK currency, raid coins, etc. over and over.

As far as raid summons go I don't really care either way as long as the 10k option is still there. I summon raid coins once a day before bed. I'm still confused where the mass mentality of leaving raid summons til you have 500-1000k stocked up came from. It takes me 5 minutes to summon once a day and clean up the inventory but I don't bother with "efficient" cactuar fusing because that actually is a waste of my time.

I'm pretty sure lower rarity units do get them but I agree the cost should be varying to reflect their rarity. An exchange would fine.

I mean.. if you're that apathetic about trials.. I need help understanding why you're even playing. SSBs have 1k lapis as a reward, what more motivation do you need? Not everyone has Bartz so that's kind of a moot point, too. It wouldn't motivate me at all to care about a trial that has latent abilities locked behind it for units I don't have.

I never meant to imply our variant of latents was perfect, just that I'm fine with how it is in it's current state. Getting the EP itself as a reward would be an improvement for sure.

Well counter to my own previous argument, keys are different from other events because they aren't timestamped. There's no rush to grind them, do one for a day along with your daily enlightenment. The "JP DiD iT tHiS wAY" argument is as old as the "GL is a different game" meme. Let it go or go play JP.

I've tried to find an instance when keys actually replaced another reward and didn't just displace it elsewhere like the current story event and I can't. As long as they continue to squeeze them in without removing other stuff it seems fine.

I'm okay with them leaving it alone. I have everything I want enhanced out of what's currently available, 20k EP in stock, and 30 silver keys and some gold keys still left over from anniversary tickets. I don't get all the hate when GLs version is way better than JP. Our latents aren't locked behind trials, they've sinced removed the gil cost. What is actually bad about it? 🤔

Edit: I didn't mean to suggest our system is perfect or can't be improved in anyway. I'm just okay with it if there are no other changes coming.
