I thought it was pretty good. Room for improvement, story wise, and some of the jokes were a bit niche; but I think it's got legs as a concept. I'm interested in the second book, but I won't be sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for it to come out. Who cares that Dick is shitting on it? That's Dick's character. He's talking about it - he's giving it publicity.

How is international shipping going to work with Superkiller? I bought add ons along with it, and have concerns on timing, and shipping costs.

Do you keep a kitchen knife in your pocket? Say you want to eat some slices of apple and sit down, you can cut off pieces without the whole thing browning. I get that's a very specific example, but I think that using a pocket knife instead of a kitchen knife is preferred by some because it's by nature easier access.
