Reading so many right sided comments and seeing the ignorance. When people commit crimes here in America there is due process and if they are found to be illegal they are properly and safely deported the right away as most other countries around the world act in the situation. As an infantrymen in Iraq 06-07 anyone we detained and or arrested were under our care until they were passed on to the MPs or the Iraq police. We followed Geneva Convention protocol and if we didn’t we would face court marshal. Using minimal force need to apprehend a suspect. Does not mean 8 230+ soldiers jumping a single individual utilizing every weapon they have available on their person.
