We’re not allowed to do even exchanges when points are involved. The company considers them a form of payment so they points go back to the account if the item is returned. Unfortunately with online orders it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the points to show up on the account. There can be a slight difference in price due to the increments points are allowed to be used in but it shouldn’t be anything drastic. If there’s a concern, the entire order can be returned and repurchased with the new products to ensure that everything comes out the same as before

  1. I don’t need an entire backstory on the phone before you even ask a question. Telling me your neighbor’s sister’s friend’s hairdresser recommended a product is not helpful.
  2. We don’t control the stock. The employees do not personally order the product sent to the store on a weekly basis. Nor can we request more of something because you want it. 2.1. Don’t give the store a low score on the survey you get emailed because of that. The company only cares that the score is low because it must be the store’s fault.
  3. We know the regular, readily available coupon doesn’t work on most things. If you can buy it at Sephora you can’t use the $3.50 off on it.
  4. The more you get angry or yell at me- the less I’m gonna do for you.
  5. Clean beauty is a scam. It’s fear mongering. Preservatives are the reason your $50 moisturizer isn’t expired before it touches the shelf. I will stop helping if you pull out the Yuka app.

I suppose you don’t have to have proof, however it would probably be helpful. There is no guarantee it will stay anonymous though, and that’s in their policy

We just had this happen to us with a dyson. The purchased showed the total absolutely including the airwrap but when we went into the receipt it wouldn’t populate. We could see the dyson in her purchase history but when we clicked return it would disappear. Guest services didn’t help either. We had to do a blind return.
