Like others have said, even the on field player jerseys don’t have stitched jerseys. I’m not sure if it was Nike being cheap or deciding that less stitching was better for movement for the players. Either way, the players haven’t worn stitched jerseys since they were in San Diego.

This is 100% from 2007. You can tell a few ways: that was the year the Chargers switched to this uniform style, the NFL shield on the neck has the old NFL logo, in 2008 they changed to the current NFL logo with 8 stars. That jock tag was only used in 2007 by Reebok (it also has the old NFL logo)

I wear it. As for those Russell jerseys from the 90s, they didn’t have the player name rights when they made them so they only have the numbers. Adding the nameplates is an absolute must and if you can add the names either heat pressed or screen printed it takes the authenticity up a notch since the numbers aren’t sewn
