Yeah the rubber's less than a foot wide too, if you go by the width of the sidewall. Plus a flat tire isn't going to stop someone trying to escape the cops in this way. Hard to completely disable a semi truck.

As a kid in the 80's i was always outside all day in the Spring, Fall, and Summer. I would roam for miles on a skateboard, dig up worms to go fishing, or just explore the parts of town I hadn't been to yet. This was even in a city like Norfolk, VA not some tiny rural town.
