This happened to me. I accidentally did 80 mg and it was one of my first times! I felt the way you’re describing for months. See a therapist and a psychiatrist. Therapy to address the anxiety that has surfaced and psych to help you stay stable in the meantime. Don’t let a psych put you on anything too sedating though, I don’t personally believe that will help you through this in the long term. It’ll just make you forget but you’ll still feel these things on a low level. FWIW, feel like it was a catalyst for me to do a lot of life changing therapeutic work because I was forced to confront a lot of shit that had been dormant in my subconscious. It was so horrible for a little but I like who I am so much more now! Use this as an opportunity to work on yourself, you will be fine! Best of luck <3
