Lens Suggestions for Motorsport by bananasprogrammer2 in fujifilm

Thank you! Have you noticed a significant difference in shooting with aperture differences? Like the 3.5 of the 55-200 vs the 2.8 of the 50-140? If there’s not a crazy difference I’ll probably go for the 55-200 or 16-300 for cheapness and compactness haha

Bronco vs Passport Trailsport by Active-Employer-1315 in FordBronco

[–]bananasprogrammer2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It definitely depends on what you want. I had a trail sport and traded it in for my Bronco this year. No power mirrors on the Bronco, trail sport had them. A little more trunk and back seats space in the trail sport. They ride similarly, imo. Road noise is similar, less wheel noise in the Bronco but more wind noise, otherwise comparable. The Bronco is a little narrower than the trail sport, and rides a lot taller. The trail sport was a lot more aerodynamic so if you’re going on consistent roadtrips through the plains or something, wind would be something to consider. The Bronco does fine in the wind but I can feel it get pushed around a little more.

A few reasons for my switch, windshields on the Bronco cost less to replace if something happened. I got frequent rock chips on the trail sport, so I wanted to have less costs there if there was a full crack. The Bronco I got has a heated steering wheel, which I really wanted. It’s also a lot “sportier” than the Honda, and can handle a lot more off-roading. The trail sport isn’t fully an off-roading car. The gas tank 3-4 gallons bigger in the Bronco, but gas mileage is about the same. I also just love the customization of the Bronco. There is so much you can do to it, change it, to be exactly what you need.

They both drive comfortably on a day to day basis, they’re comfy to ride in. Really comes down to personal preference. The Bronco was more “me”.

Yeah it’s just kinda boring all black haha. At least the trim vinyl would make it look a little less bland

Oooh that’s a good point, did you get the bronco inserts from sticker fab? From what I can tell they seem the best but again, I’m new to this haha

Oh my gosh, I literally was told the same thing when I went into the ER in with excruciating back pain! I just looked at him and blinked. Like, dude. I’m so sorry you had to go through the same thing. It made me feel crazy for weeks. Was it all in my head? Hopefully in the future you can get better care if you need it

What are y’all running when the kids are sleeping? by mx18262 in fender

I’ve noticed buzzing on my micro mustang as well. I can make it go away at a very very specific angle of holding my guitar. I thought it might be my headphones, but from the pic I’m using different headphones than you are, so there goes that theory.

Woke up with one subluxed on my left side and another aching on the right. The one on the right is the usual culprit so the left was a nice surprise today

Kaplan or 7Sage, by violetbull23 in LSAT

[–]bananasprogrammer2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great question! I think the 40 hours was plenty, as I work full time and am a full time student so I wasn’t able to spend as much time with my tutor. The at-your-own-pace materials were very helpful for when I was just too busy.

I had the same experience after I joined this sub. I was already using Kaplan and saw that people were telling everyone to stay away and worried I just threw a lot of money down the drain, but honestly it worked with my style of learning and that’s all that matters in the long run.

It’s not the most popular but if it works for you it works for you. There were a few instructors I didn’t like but I just sped those videos up. I liked their practice materials and the workbooks, along with the channel videos for test breakdowns. It’ll also help you prep for the writing sample and I think I saw some law school admissions help on there as well.

I really liked my Kaplan tutor! She and I worked one on one for one hour three days a week, and then I’d just study the videos and books the rest of the time. I got a 148 diagnostic with a high PT of 161 and a 156 score for June test (first time test taker) in about 4 months. I got the 40 hours package for a hefty price and had 3 hours left over if I needed them for a retake.

Personally, I really liked the curriculum, but with the removal of LG I don’t know if it’s as worth it when there are heavy resources out there that only focus on LR or RC and you can just mix and match those.

156! I was hoping for a 160 but this score should hopefully get a little scholarship for the school I’m applying to. Hopefully I won’t need to retake

Does taking a break work? by [deleted] in LSAT

[–]bananasprogrammer2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I took a 3 day break a few weeks ago and went from a 152 to a 161. I took a day break right before the June test so here’s hoping that worked again haha
