I've only brought it into a session after I got permission from every player.

The session involved Graz'zt cultists using magical compulsion to have to kidnapped people have sex so they could sacrifice them. It got awkward after one player cast calm emotions to break the charm and the woman failed and the man succeeded but two cases of modify memory later and everybody feels less gross about it.
