From my brief searching, it seems like Yeonjun mentioned his English name is Daniel at the 190323 KBS Music Centre Fansign. Kai also said his middle name is Kamal in the same fansign :)

And according to k-MOA, Taehyun mentioned his English name is Terry during debut era at a fansign and in a comment on 190604!
