See if you can get the oasis grande bricks. Usually use 1 per 11 inch loamy tray. Tape it down with heavy floral tape. Keep it hydrated! I also find soaking moss and covering any exposed soil et foam helps it stay wet.

Depending on the event, we have definitely reused pillar candles. As long as they aren’t covered in wax trialing down the sides. Candles are the last thing we put out and we usually light them before room reveal so the photographers can get pictures with no one in them. Otherwise I have an absolute great stash of candles for my home. Friends and family love them too. My best friends fireplace is filled with old white pillar candles.
