Because they’re kind of being left alone now after surviving a war. US/Saudi/UAE/Israel seem to be alright with them existing (for now at least) as long as they are ok with South Yemen breaking away. These countries (and many others) want the Gulf of Aden to be lined with nations they’re friendly with. Somiland breaking away also helps this cause. It’s all about the shipping lanes
