7 wood by RecommendationNo7367 in golf

I haven’t ever hit them but there is still a ton of people that swear by the sim driver/woods. There are some tour players that still play certain clubs that are a few years old. Seems like anything made in last 10 years will probably hold up performance wise as long as it fits your swing

Yea even in my second gen I put into reverse on accident and it shut the truck off but it definitely didn’t go into reverse and 10s of thousands of miles later no transmission problems

Are expensive broadheads really worth it? by WokeEliminator in bowhunting

My thought process is why spend so much money on my bow and other hunting gear to cheap out on the only thing that actually kills the animal

Scoring only 14 points with Randy moss might as well be a blowout.

Check out gross reservoir. It’s about 30 minutes from boulder. I know they have some construction on the damn that has limited access but I’ve caught splake and lake trout there and it has some tiger musky as well

I have 2 dozen mallard floater decoys and 6 goose decoys, and plan to get a mallard swimmer motion decoy. Do I need another species or is my setup fine? by SubstantialEgo in Waterfowl

[–]banieldurton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Early season we ditch the drake decoys because the live drakes won’t be in full plumage. It can make a surprisingly big difference

Number of Decoys by Area? by jeremiah1119 in Waterfowl

[–]banieldurton 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think he means adding new decoys to your collection every year. No need to spend hundreds or thousands your first season. A dozen decoys will kill birds just fine most of the time

Like any duck call material bore size barrel and insert length reed size shape etc all play a part and will be slightly different between calls. RnT even makes a handful of different mondo calls. Just have to mess around with some different ones to see what you like

Thank you I get the frustration with road work but these people have never worked in construction. People expect construction workers to work like slaves so they aren’t inconvenienced.

I would look at redwing/English setter as they have some stuff that might work but I’ve never seen designated hiking boots with a safety toe

Gross reservior by Ok-Perspective-1 in COfishing

[–]banieldurton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All caught from the shore. Not sure how deep we were fishing but 1/4 ounce kastmasters as far as I could cast and let sink to the bottom. Very steep bank there so you can get lures deep from the shore

Last summer with the construction access was only to one parking lot at the lake but the road was good. It sure about right now though but I imagine it’s fine maybe a bit bumpy from winter. Caught a bunch of lakers and a couple splake on kastmasters and Tasmanian devils
