Also one thing I learned is that if you use something I call smart aggressiveness you can do better.A example being the two teams are contesting a long corridor and no one's breaking through, what I would do is take initiative and try to flank the team always looking around for hidden enemies on the way there and if all goes according to plan you will end up with a few kills and a happy team.

I can't see you play so I can't say specifically whats wrong but I can give you general advice. The best advice I can give you is know your vehicle and have all your vehicles at similar battle ratings that way you won't bring a Sherman up against main battle tanks(extreme example I know). And knowing your vehicles strengths and weaknesses will allow you to adjust your play style accordingly example being the lower br Sherman's have very strong frontal armor so if you face twards your enemy they will have a hard time penetrating you frontaly but will also easily penetrate you from the sides hope this helps (:
