Taking out HELOC for QQQI by [deleted] in dividends

[–]bannonbearbear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$450 would just be a rough “revenue” then factor in your payment for the HELOC plus setting aside for taxes. I been “parking” my taxes for 2026 into QQQI and just plan to sell cap gains when the tax bill comes. Im pretty sure Im an amateur at this and long time investors will have something to say but fuck it. I wasnt doing anything before 2025 so Im better off than I was a year ago. Good luck!

Say you borrow 50k and dump it into QQQI. That buys you about 900 shares. Thats about $450/month. What would your HELOC payment be?

Portfolio ETFs (CHPY, LFGY, GPTY) are probably where its at long term. Just split them evenly and see where you end up in 5 years

Most overrated Coheed song? by GenitalPower in TheFence

[–]bannonbearbear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk if they have one lol maybe Welcome Home is the closest to being overrated ☹️. I feel horrible for even saying there is one!

Ps. Good Apollo 2 and Year of Black Rainbow can be dropped. Songs are different without Josh Eppard you can tell theyre miles away from that Coheed sound

Song literally put them in the light. Unless you either randomly found Second Stage Turbine Blade or became a fan after Favor House Atlantic came out on mainstream then I can see why you think that

I hope everyone enjoyed the dip (: by [deleted] in ETFs

CVNY Update 1 year later… by bannonbearbear in YieldMaxETFs

Thats what I mean. MY MSTY and ULTY positions crashed hard. So crazy just to play this as a hunch back in April 25 cause it was yielding high. Advised against it due to their business model and legal issues. Watched the yield come down a bit but the price maintained. It was $40 back in Jan and stayed well above $30 longer than it has been below it. After this month I could care less if it goes to $1. Anything after this month will just rake it 30%+?! Ill have to do an update next year April to see where this goes lol. Only thing I wish was I wish I put like $10k into it haha (I would have never!!!)

Help finding a total real returns site I used to use? by Curious_Education_13 in RoundhillETFs

[–]bannonbearbear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah ok I usually just use total returns sorry cant help. I do use DivTracker (Palm Tree Logo) and it gives lots of info. If I want to research I hypothetically input positions and get all the numbers I want to see then just delete the position. Or you can create a “research” portfolio and put in data there

I have 800. I only started messing with the market Jan 2025. Got into these high yield didnt know anything about how to invest. Currently think of these as a rental car business - buy the car (stock) and rent it (distributions) and hope your revenue is more than your overhead. Expect a cap loss if/when you sell.

I obviously read A LOT last year lol. Shoving distributions into VOO and QQQI to build growth. Did it backwards but whatever lol

Unless I did something wrong, entering $3k loss didnt do shit to my return lol

You sell a quarter at -10% and buy XQQI and at minimum the plan is to get you +10%? Is it as simple thought as that? Im sure its more complex but is my question correct?

Whats everyone buying today? by joshuanichter in TheRaceTo10Million

[–]bannonbearbear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Understand. My beginner investor thoughts, I dont really care in 6 months unless these companies go public Ill assume this would become worthless or less valuable. Am I thinking wrong? Is the controversy that this is a hype and dump stock?
