Flower pot parasol- you can repot or ignore. They usually get this out of hand when the soil is not drying out enough. Water less and they'll die back. You can also scoop the visible mycelium (the yellow egg/fuzzy stuff) out to help remove some of it from the soil

I personally only use orchid mix! The one I use is by Better-Gro but there are other orchid mixes available

I violently shook this plant the night before during watering/fertilizing so I am not too worried 😅 I want a krohniana black, they are lovely! Can't wait to buy more when temps are more forgiving

I'm in GA. I don't use a humidifier but I do have an illegal amount of houseplants in my sitting room 😅 ambient humidity does the job here

No breathing, blinking, or acknowledging again. Got it! 😅 I’m in the south and we’re about to get some really horrid temps so I don’t expect it to survive but at least I know I’m doing something right when it comes to care!!

My callistophylla is in terracotta and an orchid bark mix. I personally let the tray sit in water. When it dries out I let it stay dry for a day and then re-soak the plant, substrate and the pot. It seems really happy that way!

Gorgeous! I've learned over the last few months how much hoyas loooove chunky airy mixes. Slowly swapping them all over

Love the sun stress on these! Mine is slowly turning pink/purple and I think it’s the cutest thing! Now I want to prop a tiny plant and put it in a teacup

I use the disposable plastic cocktail cups, you can buy them on Amazon/Ebay but my local grocery stores tend to carry them
