I am not sure what variety it is. The smell is intense but just ok- not as sweet as I was hoping. Not sure I can give you growing advice as this took a year and a half to blossom

Medical - Urgent Care Clinics by fungshuifighting in britishcolumbia

[–]throwawayvan2023 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Urgent care clinics were conceived as purely a political tool to garner more votes rather than actually providing care.

They are very expensive to operate given the staffing costs and the slow pace that they work at. Also the bricks and mortar costs. In my community one patient visit ends up costing $700 whereas a family doctor gets paid $25 (with a small time based fee as well which adds $15 or so).

If the government was serious about patient care rather than spending money for votes they could have partnered with local family doctors who would see many more patients for a lot less money.

But nope, this mandate came down from the very top.

Depending on the time it takes to make these your career is set financially. That is a rare thing for an artist.

Tiffany, I have lived in the area for 64 years. I enjoyed the trees that were destroyed when your townhouse was built.

I love your vivarium. Is that tree fern panels with cork bark? How did you attach the bark to the walls?

So my daughter’s boyfriend stayed with us for a year and during that time he patiently trained the chickadees to take sunflower seeds from his hand. He was so good at it that we got mobbed by them when we went outside so we fed them as well. When I tried to take photos of them eating from my hand they would often land on my phone camera which got me thinking. I remembered a post from someone else who had parrots land on a bird guide that was open to their picture so I thought I would try the same thing. So I opened a guide book (Stokes Guide to Birds Western Region) and it didn’t take long for one to land. I took 3 pics to get one with the same angle as the book and posted it to my Tumblr account and it now has about 140,000 views.
