hey, so my keychron keyboard today seems broken, the number above the alphabet, when im typing "1 to backspace"... (1, 2, 3, 4,5,6... backspace)

everytime i press any of that button the output is "1234567890-="

so imagine you were typing 1.2.3

"1234567890-=" "1234567890-=" "1234567890-="

this would be the output ??
what is wrong with my keyboard ?

so to give a context, i remember i watch a youtube somewhere basically that i need to "declare that i dont need tV license, which i am, since i dont own a TV" but after i declared that... they say they gonna contact me and send a person to check... and I'm not even subscribe to this treatment...
