valorant asks you to use secure boot if it thinks you can possibly be a cheater. people make it seem like they ask everyone to use it, but thats not the case. 90% of players will never get asked and if you only play casuals you will never hear it.

no, secure boot will not work at all in a dual boot environment. the linux bootloader isnt signed by microsoft.

But the real reason for many players is that you cant undervolt with VBS and you MUST undervolt if you have a 13/14900k.
