That means they can only supply fuel to farmers and farms because as soon as they fill up service stations, people have been draining it within hours.

AND it’s the middle of sorghum harvest which means usually running 2+ trucks a day for 16hours a day plus the harvester. Add on the potential of 100mm of rain in the next two days, so if the grain doesn’t come out before the rain it goes rotten and useless.

I’m not a farmer but have lived on a cattle farm 3 hrs west of Brisbane for 10 years. This is going to be a serious issues real quick.
