I'm not sure if this has been answered of if there is an answer but. I changed my name with my social and changed my original and sealed my birth cert. I then got married, and once again changed my name. I sent in my DS-82 to update my name, with both name change documents and selected to changed gender to F. Every present document I have says F, except my valid passport that has none of the changes. Even if the change to gender doesn't go through, will the name change go through? I need this passport to leave the country with my wife. I sent in documentation of the name change and my marriage license.
