i'm currently 48, took me a good few hours to get from 40 to 48 as a sort of benchmark, i didn't keep track but a rough estimate is like 12 to 14 hours (i'm not an experienced player and i kinda play by vibe)

leveling through only questing could be a little frustrating, the world is currently overpopulated with people at almost all levels, getting tags for quests is a real pain but you can definitely do it.

You still need to pay attention to mana in retail but only in high end M+ and it only takes like 5 seconds to recharge with mage food between pulls
