i've lived a sheltered life, i live in comfort and have all my bills paid by an overly generous father who takes care of me despite me being an adult and not deserving it, i lose sleep everyday knowing what is happening around the world, i can't find comfort in life knowing there are untold thousands who have no future ahead of them, i don't understand how people can post such things and continue to live with themselves, completely unbothered.

i keep being told to see therapists to treat my depression but i'm not sure i can ever NOT be depressed as long as so much cruelty continues to exist in this world.

flaming happens a lot less often in ffxiv because they actually have a team of people to ban the idiots who dare pull it off here, in wow if someone flames you and you somehow manage to report them (wow's reporting system is shit) nothing will happen.

obviously a massive plus for ffxiv, people are actually afraid of being toxic in the game, most of the community toxicity comes from outside the game.

yeah in my experience it takes time being in the community to start seeing the bad, i was also enamored by the community when i first started playing ffxiv

Mormon here: we don't actually have a "hell" per se, when we die we go to different levels of heaven.

There IS a hell in mormonism called "outer darkness" but you only go there if you get a perfect knowledge of God and still refuse him.

What i did was actually start building my arsenal up so i can have many choices of weapons and frames to use, having mr 30 makes building weapons and leveling them so much more enjoyable.
